Who this is between

These terms are between you and Orbitex AIO, who publish the Viewport browser extension and this website. Installing the extension or buying a subscription means you accept them.

What Viewport is

Viewport previews websites at device viewport sizes inside your own browser, and captures screenshots and recordings of those previews. It is a rendering and measurement tool. It is not a device emulator, a test farm, or a substitute for testing on real hardware, and a page that looks correct in a Viewport frame can still behave differently on the physical device.

Your licence to use it

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Viewport, for your own work or your employer's, for as long as these terms are in force. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the extension;
• remove or obscure any notice of ownership in it;
• reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law expressly permits you to do regardless of contract;
• use it to break into, overload, or circumvent the access controls of any site.

Free and Pro

The free plan works without an account and without payment. Pro unlocks the rest and is billed as a subscription.

Pro, monthly

$7.99 per month, billed monthly.

Pro, yearly

$50 per year, billed once a year.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. Lemon Squeezy calculates and collects that tax at checkout as merchant of record. We may change prices for future billing periods, and we will tell you before a change affects a renewal you have already started.

There are no licence keys. After payment, Pro activates in the browser that started the checkout, and you can claim it in other browsers from the account page using the email address you paid with.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
• You can cancel at any time from the account page. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Cancelling part way through a period does not produce a partial refund for the unused days.
• Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable. There is no free trial and no general money-back window, and changing your mind after buying is not on its own a ground for a refund. The free plan has no time limit and is there so you can decide whether Viewport suits you before paying for anything.
• If something is genuinely wrong, that is different. If Pro does not activate, a feature does not work the way this site describes it, or you were charged twice or in error, write to us within 10 days of the charge and we will put it right. Where a refund is the right answer, we will give one.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro keeps working while the card is retried. If the retries do not succeed by the end of the period you paid for, Pro stops until the payment is fixed.
• None of the above reduces any right the law where you live gives you and does not let us contract out of, including any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Where such a right applies, it applies in addition.

Third-party websites

Viewport displays websites you choose. Those sites are not ours, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or their behaviour. Your use of them stays subject to their own terms.

Device names are used only to describe the viewport sizes Viewport reproduces. Orbitex AIO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, Samsung, OnePlus or Xiaomi, and the marks belong to their owners.

What you make with it

Screenshots, recordings and exports you produce with Viewport are yours. We claim no rights over them, we never see them, and nothing in these terms gives us a licence to them.

Availability

The extension runs locally and keeps working when our servers do not, except for checking a subscription. We try to keep the site and the subscription service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro as a whole, we will refund the unused portion of any subscription already paid for.

No warranty

Viewport is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including that it will be fit for a particular purpose or free of defects. Some consumer laws give you rights that cannot be excluded, and nothing here overrides those.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using Viewport at any time by uninstalling it, and cancel any subscription from the account page. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, and if we do that without cause we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change is material and you have a live subscription, we will tell you at the email address on it before the change takes effect for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
